I agree, I keep seeing people point to the fact that they lost significantly to Michigan, but ignore the fact that last year Georgia lost to Bama by 17 and still came back and won the Natty beating Bama in the end.
One game doesn't define a team.
I'm taking the over in this slugfest....I figure the offenses are so bad they'll be a few defensive touchdowns.

Agree, the more you think about it. New Years Eve and closest to get to with a team with have a 50/50 chance to beat and extend our very long OOC wins.
No one wanted Vegas or Memphis, and Texas Bowl and Outback in Tampa took teams with better records, MCB was best of a poor choice

Problem with Ohio St is they got Boat Raced at home to their biggest rival. That game wasn’t close.
Bama did lose 2 games by a total of 4 points one in OT on the last play and to Tenn on the road on the last play. I’m no Bama defender by any means, but OSU should not be there losing their last game by 20+ points At Home.
The game wasn't close for the final 9 minutes of the game; until then, OSU still had a shot. OSU was a head at the half. Doubting you even watched the game.
I think there will be tons of unscouted looks from both teams. I actually think it will be a fun game and could score well over the over/under.
Good question ... haven't heard anything on the Iowa side. I was thinking of going, but decided against it in the end. I love the location.
I watched it. May have technically been close until final 9, but it was clear after the 1st quarter that Mich was better. Not saying Bama should have been in playoff, but poster did have legit arguement.
