Write at least one positive you've experienced from our season so far

Watching a team of players and a coach who have the #1 goal of trying to win. It's inspiring as a fan and generates a ton more interest in the team for me personally vs watching a group and a coach just going through the motions with one (or both eyes) on the NBA.

And a bonus, seeing basically every other actual candidate for the job including our previous coach doing far, far worse than us.

The only thing that wasn't a positive was the injuries. That, and pope's "C-A-T-S" video when he announced his hiring. He won't ever be able to fully get rid of that one lolol.

I will list a few positives for me.
  1. Not being called a Basketball Bennie and talked down to by the coach
  2. Not hearing about kids not being robots
  3. Not hearing a coach say he hasn't seen the players when they are injured
  4. Not hearing a coach say he wants to get home to his dogs after another disappointing loss
  5. Not hearing a coach say we are built for March only to lose in March too
  6. Not losing to multiple crappy mid major teams in Rupp....in the same season
  7. Seeing an actual out of bounds play ran in a game
  8. Having fun watching UK again.
  9. Having what I feel is realistic hope that things are going to get better

I’ve enjoyed this season more than the previous 4 or 5 combined, regardless of the outcome. From the initial pep rally to the wins over Duke, Gonzaga, Louisville, and Tennessee. I’ve enjoyed watching the team fight for wins despite repeatedly being short handed due to injuries, in what has been the toughest conference slate in college basketball history.

all of these and see Butler torch lil Bro' , the Duke comeback. Just pure will power and " want to" on display after years of " whatever" ball. I liked seeing Jax grow , he was coming on . I think he was discovering how to play high level D1 ball better .

I'll add one...

I love watching the 5 out sets where we cut hard to get easier buckets to generate offense. Before, seemed like we usually had to score in iso sets, shooting over defense, out athleting defense...but seldom generated easy offense vs. good teams.
