Will Levis the betting favorite to be drafted #1

For about a year I was really confident in him being top pick. After never really mentally progressing then choosing to not play in bowls, I'm not sure. I think stroud definitely leaped him vs uga and young maybe leaped him.

Maybe he can make up that ground in the combine and interviews where he will definitely shine.

Imo young would go top but teams are rightfully terrified of how slight he is. He needs a really good OL and teams holding high picks usually don't have one; which is why they have a high top pick to begin with

I hope WL ends up with a decent team not a bottom feeder and gets his brains beat in for a few years. Seattle would be a good landing place, I think, because he could learn behind Geno and, when it's time, take over the reins and not be expected to pass 40+ times a game. Carroll would attempt to turn him into Russell Wilson 2.0 and have some controlled runs, strong running game, good WR corps, etc. so he doesn't have to win games all by himself.

Don't see Levis or any QB going before Will Anderson or Jalen Carter. Nevertheless, he's likely going in the Top Ten and that's pretty damned good.
Anderson and Carter are can't-miss, and better overall pro prospects than any QB out there this year. But for teams needing a QB, and picking that high, you pretty much have to go QB, unless you can pull some Kevin Costner Draft Day-level shit.

The DE from Tex Tech begs to differ He is much more explosive off the ball than Anderson and much more a true disrupter than either Anderson or Carter

Neither are cant miss

Wilson is a great prospect, but no one has him going before Anderson, Carter, Young. Those 3 seem to be in everyone's top 5. The other 2 most have coming from Levis, Stroud, Wilson. One even has Anthony Richardson going number 1, any GM drafting him number 1 as a QB should be fired before his next pick.

If I were picking I would take Stroud number 1, good size, reads defenses well, mobile and gets rid of ball quick. All the other QBs have more question marks, Young is small, how durable will he be, Levis holds the ball too long., Richardson just hasn't been very good, can throw it hard, other than than what skills does have.

I'm pulling for my Colts to get him. We rarely ever have UK players on the team and we need a QB in the worst way. Would be cool to have a UK player to pull for as well as the Colts rarely ever have one. Last one we had was Winston Guy years ago I believe.

Yes no team is gonna trade up to #1 giving away huge assets for a frigging linebacker or DE. Levis at #1 isn't any more of a reach or risk than other top picks recently, Wentz or Lance. He ag least has started against D1 P5 competition.

Hope he avoids teams that are run by morons, Raiders & Texans. Just get him to a smart coach who can bring him along like Josh Allen was, with patience.

I loved Will Levis here, but it's kind of crazy to think we had the #1 Draft pick overall here for 2 years who just happens to be a QB. Seems like the team should have been a bit better.

Year one, the team was Top 10 for a good portion of the season. Year two, he was playing hurt and essentially was a non factor in the run game.

I agree Grumpy. Stroud would be my first pick because he is very mobile and quick. I want Levis to go high but his quickness in decision making does not play well in the NFL, I am sure he has heard that. I wish the best for him though.

Levis has all of the measurables to be successful. The biggest factor, I think, will be ending up on a team that isn't a total dumpster fire.

I think he knocks it out of the park on the physical end of it. Not sure he will test as well as Richard's who I think does too. Not sure how well either will do other other variables.

Levis was 17-7 in the games he played in for a 70.83 winning percentage. A bad OLine and injuries kept him from winning a couple more. Have to go back to the Babe to find a better winning percentage (77.7)

I believe his comments today he made about his confidence and his Cannon of an arm moved him up before he even tries. If he does any kind of good at the combine he'll be # one two or three.
You got to hand it to him... he knows how to get himself in the media. I think he ends up in New York.
You got to remember before he even played a game he was famous because eating bananas peels or sumshit lol!

AR will do great too, but what will separate will physically is his accuracy. AR is all over the place but will was incredibly accurate last year when he saw what he wanted to see.
