Kansas cut the deficit to 4 wins this season, and a lot of people believe they'll get wins vacated. Do you think the NCAA will actually punish them?

I’m not holding my breath on KU getting a stern punishment, but sure hoping they do.Kansas cut the deficit to 4 wins this season, and a lot of people believe they'll get wins vacated. Do you think the NCAA will actually punish them?

agreed, but NCAA also cleared Rose to playMy understanding is KU never played Preston, and ncaa gave them permission to play De Sousa, and Zion never played for them since Duke outbid them. I doubt KU gets any games vacated.
Rose was cleared to play after a grade change issue came up but at the end of the season the SAT cheating scandal came up and that's why the games he played were vacated. In DeSouza's case, when his payment issue came up and during the investigation KU sat him out. The NCAA later gave the ok for him to play. If they vacate those games i can see why KU would sue them. Memphis should of done the same. I'm not sure why they didn't. I really don't know all the details but I'm just posting things I remember reading from past message boards.agreed, but NCAA also cleared Rose to play
As I recall Memphis/Cal flew Rose’ brother to games which is apparently against NCAA rules, so the NCAA made it clear they had two reasons to declare him ineligible.Rose was cleared to play after a grade change issue came up but at the end of the season the SAT cheating scandal came up and that's why the games he played were vacated. Only if they follow precedent.Kansas cut the deficit to 4 wins this season, and a lot of people believe they'll get wins vacated. Do you think the NCAA will actually punish them?
For the millionth time ...NO! One of the untouchables.Kansas cut the deficit to 4 wins this season, and a lot of people believe they'll get wins vacated. Do you think the NCAA will actually punish them?
Some get it.Doubt it, but thankfully the NCAA was on it when Cal displayed his 500 win ball. That’s what really matters!
Fair and valid point. However, this is also indicative of one of the issues that's made things difficult for UK since 2015. Schools like KU, LSU, AZ, etc. saw two things:Has it got to the point that UK fans are hoping KU has wins vacated in order to hold or increase our wins total over them? If so, then that is pathetic. The focus should be on what happened that we lost that lead.
