Wes Miller has been regarded as one of the top up and coming coaches.

He’s at UC now but hasn’t done a ton. He’s 40-ish

Maybe looking at the wrong Drew? Bryce is 49, but has done a really nice job with Grand Canyon. Might not be as experienced as you are looking for, but he's on a nice upward trajectory as a coach, it seems.
