Both of these programs have struggled for years trying to get back to their long gone glory days.

We've been hee hawing at Crean and IU for years. But it didn't really hit me how bad things have gotten at Arkansas until that epic choke job they had against Stanford the other day.

Apparently, Mike Anderson isn't the second coming of Nolan Richardson that Hog fans hoped for.

So which has been program sacks up and actually fires their coach first?

Probably Anderson - bet his buyout is nowhere near as big as Crean's

Hopefully both coaches get lifetime contracts.

In all seriousness, I think Anderson. Especially after failing to reel in Monk.

Probably. And he has games at Dayton (almost assured loss) and at Wake (good chance this is a loss as well) before SEC play even starts. We all know Arkansas sucks on the road, so they are screwed record wise this year.

I believe losing Monk to UK could be what sends Anderson packing.

I think the IU administration is too cheap to buy Crean out. Have you looked at their basketball and football facilities? They probably spend less money on their programs than any other Power 5 school.

I think this year is it for Anderson. They've already given him more time than they did Pelphrey.

Who could Arkansas possibly get who would be better? Top mid major coaches are looking for much bigger jobs.
