The worst part about this post is that I agree with many of your other takes on issues, but instead of just saying why you don't agree you have to call me and others idiots. At no time have I said that Mitch is perfect. He's made bad hires (BCG/Joker), but he's done good things as well. Hell, just getting out of the way and letting others decide on Cal is a win in my book (as opposed to obstructing it a second time).

Barnhart is terrible. There's no getting around it. If our fans knew half of the truth even you'd want him ran out id almost guaranteee it. He was just bitch slapped by the committee and sent packing while they hosed his team with the bracket and on the court.

Other than that, some posters don't like what's happening. Tough. UK fans / alumni have had enough. Barnhart can't handle it, and this is why it's blowing up. It's called critical mass, and it's been reached.

Genuine question: Do you have any substantive proof that Mitch had to sit in the corner in 2009 while the "adults" hired Calipari against his wishes?

Also, yes or no: Mitch has done a great job at making it as hard as possible for Calipari to leave? Obviously if Cal wants to go he'll go, but it won't be because Mitch didn't work his hardest to keep him.
