What SEC team scares you most?

Now that we've seen some good games... With a loaded SEC, what team scares you most? For me, it's easily Auburn. In fact, from what I've seen (which isn't close to everything) Auburn is the only team that seems to outmatch Kentucky. That team brings so much frenetic energy and effort. They also have six guys scoring in double figures. Sure, Alabama and Tennessee can beat Kentucky, but Auburn scares me.

Nobody scares me, but Bama and Auburn are the class of the league. I believe we can be in that group along with UT. I think these 4 will battle for the title. Arkansas, Ole Miss, T A&M, Texas, Florida, Mississippi State are in the next group of 6 teams who could fight for a top 4 seed. Georgia, Vandy, South Carolina, and LSU are in the 3rd tier. Missouri and Oklahoma seem to be fighting for the bottom this year. There will be no easy games this year. We better clean up those 2nd and 3rd tier games to finish where we want.

Auburn is a national title contender, and are definitely a top 5 team.

Alabama is not as good as auburn, but rich in talent and got a big win over Houston yesterday.

UT is very good. Not sure they are as good as the first two but to me, UK and UT are neck and neck for third best team in conference.

After that, I'd put Florida and Arkansas and Georgia next. All are dangerous.

LSU, Vandy, Ole Miss, MSU are all bubble teams. Same with A&M, though they do not scare me.

South Carolina, Texas, Mizzou, Oklahoma are all out of the NCAA IMO, though none are awful teams.

Auburn, Alabama, UT, and possibly Arkansas to a lesser degree. I want to see Arkansas when they have a full team. A fully healthy Brazille and Jonas Adou will add a lot.

Auburn is the team to beat. They have already beaten Houston, Iowa State, and North Carolina.
The only thing I like while watching the UNC game is Auburn seemed to get tired quickly. They jumped out to a big lead and then gave it up in transition because they stopped running.
Maybe we can run them into the ground.

Alabama is still missing a starter, Chris Youngblood.

At our current talent level all but a few should “scare” you. Thankfully we seem to have a plan and intelligence leading us.

This team isn’t loaded. No better on paper than most of the conference.

Arkansas has the worst head coach in the league. That I do know 100%. I don’t care if that joker rolled out the Lakers. He’s not winning squat!!

They beat the mighty Duke on a neutral court so no team should scare you. Bama and Auburn look legit. Pearl teams typically play undisciplined and Oats teams live and die by the 3.

You’re a Marine. Marines don’t ever scare.

Not scared but I agree that Auburn is the most dangerous team in the conference. Pearl teams just seem to lack discipline and lose at key times. They've already been fighting on a plane, so what's next with them? They might run anybody out of the gym but lose to almost anyone the next night. I like our even keel.

They’ll shoot their wad and flame out by March.

All road games in the SEC will be tough. We just need to take care of Rupp and some road games. If we do that we will be in the top 4 in conference. I don't know if that is #1, #2, #3, or #4. As balnced as the SEC is, winning at home is a MUST!

I am sure during SEC season, until we see it over and over we will all be worried about the top 8 to 10 schools in the SEC. Once we see our guys compete over and over we will be fine watching the team compete. Arkansas and Auburn at Rupp. Good thing there.

This is Kentucky basketball. We aren't afraid or scared of anyone.

That said, Auburn has already proven they can go toe to toe with anyone. But for my money, Tennessee gets my nod as most dangerous of them all.

Bama and Auburn are getting all the coverage right now, but Tennessee is quietly(?) lurking. I think when it's all said and done, Kentucky and Tennessee will be 1,2 in the league.

Not scared of anyone. But Auburn is damn scary looking. EweTee is good too, but I think they can be shutdown offensively- freaking Virginia showed that.

Bama will be Bama. If they are on, you're in for a fight. If not, they are pretty feckless.

I don't think TN is that good. The best think about them is their offense does not always show up but they do bring their defense. I think I read their defense is top 2 or 3 in country. I have not followed their schedule so that defense rating may be against teams without a pulse.

Exactly my thoughts

Playing Auburn at Rupp I think we win, at their place I think it’s a toss up or a possible loss. I think need to come out swinging either place. No one scares a Kentucky fan but I do believe like every other team in ‘Merica we are gonna take some losses along the way. There are a handful that can’t beat anyone on a given night.

Playing Auburn only once at home to effectively end the season gives us a much better chance than people may realize to win an SEC regular season title. I’m not saying it’s likely, but it definitely helps. That game could be for the crown when it comes

Auburn. Not even close . I think they should be ranked number 1 . Quick, strong, probably the player of the year in Broome . Hard matchup with whole team. Will be very hard to beat even at home .
