I agree with some that Chapman is not being used properly. He is one of the better pitchers on the staff and he's only used in games where the Reds were going to win 90% of the time anyway. He doesn't have to start but he shouldn't be 9th inning only. If its a 2-1 game in the 7th and the other team gets 1st and 3rd with none out, why not bring Chapman in? He is the best at striking out the side. I think they should Chapman in spots where the game is most important, or when 3 outs is needed in a tough spot. He doesn't have to be a starter, but he has to be more than a closer.
