Besides just saying a winner which I can say we all want ? I want a coach that puts our school ahead of anything else ! I want a coach who will listen to other ideas. Who will play a zone if that’s the clear way to victory? A coach who recruits well but doesn’t tell them they’ll only be here one year. I’d like a coach that scouts the other team instead of saying we do what we do ? I’d like a great in game coach who motivates the kids without screaming at them. ? What traits do you want in our next head coach ?
