The one thing I noticed in this game is that Ohio State played extremely tight defense all game long. Just like Louisville did. You could tell in the Louisville game it was bothering us. Apparently Diebler noticed.

How do you combat that kind of overplaying defense? Backdoor cuts? More movement? More passes inside then right back out to an open shooter? Tonight it's like we never adjusted. Wally said at halftime it's like OSU knew all of our plays.

Yeah this is a crappy loose….
But this team will respond after a couple or 3 losses.
Team will be best around 3rd week of January.

Don't burn the film, watch and learn. Butler tried to be a one man show again and got tucked into traps. Guys quit moving and cutting. Defensive intensity wasn't there.
Coach nailed it when he stated no energy....and they couldn't find a way to get any in.

Team is gonna have to play together to win. That means holding each other accountable as well as supporting each other.

The fact that Williams is our leading rebounder as soft as he seems to play is astounding to me.

If Brea would play half as hard on defense he could be all conference.

For some reason I thought Carr would be a fiery leader on this team. Uh, no...not so far.

I think all the players need a Krissa personality injection.

I think this is right. It’s like they started believing their own press and forgot they got where they were by playing as a cohesive unit that was better than the sum of its parts.

I see both sides to the argument but I also think some nights just stink regardless of whether you analyze game film or not.
Not really sure you learn a lot by rewatching missed layups and wide open shots. We shot 29 percent from 2 and 18 percent from 3. You can close your eyes and not do much worse.

He’s been the opposite of cal, winning the big ones but throwing in a clunker. Clempson and OSU are bad losses.

WKU was the first team to really play a physical, in your face defense and teams have followed it.

There is plenty of film out on this UK team now, staff is going have to adjust going forward.
