Put on Lucinda Williams Car Wheels On A Gravel Road tonight. Can't believe it's 25 years old.

I'm not a big fan of most Sinatra, but I found myself listening to his Count Basie live in Vegas album a lot. And then the other night we heard the UK voice school do New York, New York. It takes guts to do that one. So 3 favorites: I Got You Under My Skin, Luck Be a Lady, and New York, New York -- I think I've listened to them more in the last week or two then all the rest of my life total.

Ran across this isolated track of Entwistle's bass on Won't Get Fooled Again
Not an earth shattering take I know, but damn, The Ox was just something else.

It's funny how he's just tearing off these incredible riffs, and he looks like he's thinking about having to mow the grass, what he needs to pick up at the store on the way home etc. LOL

The sound starts at 1:14

Funny these dudes are blowing up on TikTok now due to this song. I always thought they should have been bigger when I got into 'em around 6 years ago. This song does have some sort of wistful nostalgic feel to it that you can just put on repeat over and over again.

Any song with a 3+ minute guitar solo is usually good in my book, and this track is fantastic (and the bass line is straight stank):

The opening guitar work is so good:
