What’s One Word to Describe SEC Officiating?

Help me with that review. How are they able to add a common foul in Auburn? That’s not reviewable I didn’t think.

Corrupt, at least at some level. Thats really the only explanation. No way anyone in a position of authority watches them work and thinks theyre doing a good job. So it definitely isnt performance based. If it isnt performance based, its based on something else, which describes the corruption.

Thats easy. The more difficult one is whether the officials themselves are corrupt. I think the answer again is yes. Its bad enough to miss so many things live, but its inexcusable to miss so much at the monitor. Plus no way any halfway competent ref would ever miss nearly this much in live action.

There is your word: corruption.

Can't be summed up with one word. It's exhausting and I don't think UK gets a horrible whistle like everyone else does. At times? Absolutely but the entire league has to endure an SEC game when the officials make it seem as if they get paid by the minute--and stretch these into lengthy endurance contests even when a team is clearly superior and blowing another team out as it was in Rupp today and in Columbia today where South Carolina routed Arkansas.

Going to the TV after a practice Wednesday and still seeing Vandy-A&M (Buzz Williams is the new Jay Wright-his games never end no matter the margin) was absurd. SEC games involving A&M approach an NFL length of a game.
