What’s going to happen to the ACC?

5-8 years down the road? Will it survive in some incarnation? Will it be the next PAC-12? Will it find some new footholds like the Big 12 has?

Predictions on where schools will end up if a full dismantling happens?

It will survive but the prime meat will be picked off the bone. UL will be left to rot.

Wouldn't surprise me if in 5 years the ACC or the big 12 either still exist.
