Also, good grief, a 20 year old world class athlete with a world class trainer and world class nutritionist is going to have different results than your buddy who goes hard at the local gym that you're comparing this to.
It's not like he packed on 30 pounds of muscle. He toned up, cut water weight, and is flexing.
Could be photoshopped but y'all will be surprised what meal prepping and a workout plan will do for your body. Have a friend that is a personal trainer and some of his clients after a month will have you in awe!
It took me three months of dieting and exercise to lose 25 pounds, but I was in my mid-30s. Getting old ain't easy.when I was early twenties and especially late teens I could put on or take off 20 pounds in a very short time. Now, not so much the off side...
No way in 3 weeks.
Nah. It can be. He just got lean and flexedNo way in 3 weeks.
Some of you all don't understand
1) diet
2) the metabolism of a 20 year old 6'9 athlete
That would be conditioning and athleticism, not necessarily basketball skill.Yes. That's why teams have conditioning coaches and players spend months getting stronger and more fit.
Yes, it is like he packed on muscle. Toning up is one thing and you all are exactly right, you can tone quickly but you can't add muscle to your frame like that in 3 weeks. That's a huge difference in those pics, probably about 15-20 pounds worth of muscle. I'm sorry but I'll just have to disagree with you guys on this one. I've been a fitness guru my entire life and went through some really tough training (as well as proper diet) and I've NEVER seen any kind of results like this in anyone. Maybe the pic is manipulated to look a lot more than it is or something, idk.
