Welcome to BBN Brock.....

Wow...this is huge. Easily one of the highest rated talents this program has ever hauled in.

This is a game changer for next season.

This is an enormous get. I think he has the tools to do very well here.

Now the coaches just need to use him properly and put an offense on the field that isn't offensive to watch (pun intended!).

Big strong armed strapping QB. Had 3 yrs of Georgia strength and conditioning. And 3 yrs practice and film work. Will be here 2 yrs to follow the Levis plan, show his abilities against SEC competition to the NFL.

Very excited to get Brock!!!

from his highlights he looks to have a very good arm and can run
kinda reminds me of Levis

I love that he is big and strong and will run when needed. Every Bigtime QB in college football can run now, and this kid has all the tools to be as good as Levis, hope he can be!!

Also has 2 years of eligibility, so that will be a great bridge for the next 2 HS QB’s. And if he plays good enough to get drafted next year, even better!!!

If nothing else...he's been going against the best defense in the country every day in practice for a couple of years.

Also, Kirby doesn't miss on QBs. He and his staff have been excellent evaluators and developers at that position.
How he will do is yet to be determined, but Hoping for the best. UGA though has the same issue we have in that they don't get their backups much reps. Justin Fields and Vandagriff only had like 48 pass plays between them in their time at UGA before they transferred out. Fields managed to do pretty good for himself at OSU, hopefully we get lucky and Vandagriff turns out to be our version of Joe Burrow, Jayden Daniels, Caleb Williams, etc..., But I'll be happy with a 2021 version of Will Levis too.

College QB's are made to transfer...and this is the best way for UK to grab top QB's imo.

In the 2018 - 2021 recruiting classes, of the top 5 ranked QB's for each of those classes (20 overall), 15 of the 20 have transferred. The only guys to stick with their original teams:

Trevor Lawrence
Dorian Thompson-Robinson
Bryce Young
CJ Stroud
Ty Thompson

Many of the transfers are successful. There are 3 QB's among the 4 finalists for the Heisman....all 3 are transfers.

I hope this kid lights it up here.

What an awesome feeling to know we have a QB with so much talent and potential now on the roster for next season! This is the kind of difference maker at the QB position that UK needs if we want to take that next step forward in the SEC. I mean how often has UK had a top rated 5 star QB? This is incredibly exciting.

BTW, is Raheim "Rocket" Sanders actually a legit possibility? If I were given a choice and could pick one RB from anywhere in the college football ranks, this is the guy I would choose, hands down. That guy is just a damn tank. He's 6-2/242 and runs like the wind. He's basically a tailback in a fullback's body.

I’m cautiously optimistic. Need some OL and WR help from the portal and Coen needs to make some major changes to the offense otherwise we’ll probably be stuck in the mud again.

Glad to get someone like him. Now we just need our WR's to do hang on to the ball. Excited to get him.

Quinn Ewers is also a transfer. He started at Ohio State for a semester before transferring to Texas.

Arkansas fans were thinking FSU. He’s from FL and I think has a kid there. That said he could get a lot of carries here so hope we make the pitch

I already booked him to be the next Heisman favorite next season Grumpy. 4000 passing yards, 800 rushing, 78% completion, 45-2 td/int.

Realistically I want him to take control of the locker room, he has the talent, and all he's got to do is show it on the field. Some had high expectations of Leary, but most knew he was a high risk/high reward due to his injury. I put Brock as a medium risk/high reward. If he can go 3000+ yards total next year and a decent td/int ratio, I'll be happy.

Congrats on landing Brock, he has a chance to be very good. But let's not put expectations on him he has virtually no chance of meeting.
Appreciate that you are wait and see when even Georgia people on their sites and Rusty what's his name from DawgsHG are singing his praises saying all he needs is the reps and playing to be really good. I hope they are right...and he becomes another Joe Burrow type.

We wish he would have talent surrounding him like Joe Burrow had at LSU!

Don’t be wishing he gets hurt

I do trust GA coaching

I believe its all on Coen now to maximize his talents and here I go again but that has to include using his feet to make plays. I worry Liam has too much NFL in him to want to play from the pocket too much working though too many progressions instead of giving the freedom to just make plays with his feet.

Stetson Bennett wasn't seen as a mobile QB at all and was a game manager at first but his career took off and so did UGA's offense when he started taking off and crushing defenses with his ability to scramble. Same happened with Milrow this year at Bama. He's great athlete but what changed was his willingness to take off earlier and more often and put pressure on the D.

I just think it is mandatory in todays college game and Brock seems to have that skill set, just needs the freedom to make plays.
