Hey moron they have more tourney wins than we do since 2019, we haven’t don’t jack shit since Tyler herro was here, that’s ridiculous. Becoming IU basketball is constantly making excuses for losses instead of accepting your not that good and lost. It’s making caveats for everything instead of have expectations. 6 years is a large enough sample size to make judgements off of. We are absolutely on our way to becoming Indiana, some of you just want to be delusional and ignore what’s right in front of you.
Well he hasn’t shown he can get 5 stars that aren’t gifted to him by the crafts and our football coach. He had every chance in the portal to get a shot creator and he instead went with guys that respect the name on the front. I’m sorry but in college athletics you don’t win liked that anymore.

When did I ever say bail on pope? I said Kentucky is getting close to IU every year. some of you are just ignoring it because you don’t want to accept it. Pope deserves 3 years, but some of his trends in coaching throughout his career are very concerning.
Were you actually expecting to challenge for the Championship with the players we got from the portal? I think your expectations were too high, I just wanted to make it to the tournament and it’s not guaranteed we will make it if we don’t win a couple more games. We are still a good distance apart from Indiana

He gets 3 years, never said he should be fired, but our basketball program is taking a downward trend into obscurity and if I’m being honest I don’t think pope is the guy who will change it. He is a slightly worse version of tubby smith. He still deserves his chance but he hasn’t shown anything to think otherwise

we havent had a single terrible loss, all have been to top 50 NET teams . even Ohio State is 27 in the NET, Arkansas is 47th.
I would say how we lost tonight and vs Ohio State was pretty terrible, to be fair.

They have 1 tourney win the last six years, IU has 2. So yes IU and Kentucky are very comparable the last 6 years. Pope hasn’t won 1 tourney game in 11 years as a coach, and he got hired because he players here and was an easy hire for our AD. I still like pope, but there are many major questions about his system and fit in a a tough conference. Never bailed on pope, never said that once.
You can’t say with a straight face Arkansas is a good loss. That’s a a terrible loss, so was tonight.
arkansas is NET 47th. there is no such thing as a good loss to us as a blue blood but its not a terrible loss. LITTERALLY THE METRIC OF NET THE NCAA USES SAYS SO. take your feelings and f**k em, the facts say you are wrong.

Brea and Robinson, replace them with players that actually care, Lewis and JJ and we are automatically better next year so calm down

However, you lose credibility when you say 5 years instead of 4 years. You can't count the 19-20 season. No team in the country won a post season game that year. So then to get the 5th year you have to go to the 18-19 season where we lost in the E8 in OT to Auburn.
