Next man up. Stoops has been here 10 seasons this season and has built up the program to where we can overcome this and have a successful season. Wish the young man a speedy recovery.

The CB position was at rock bottom last year. Losing Clink and being unable to recruit talented long DB's was the missing piece to an 11-1 season last year.

This is one area CMS is going to have to give some personal attention to and get it right. With the up tempo, pass heavy, and hybrid air raid offense that just about every SEC team has gone to, you can't be this weak at CB.

You just can't and expect to beat teams like Vols, Ms. St., Ole Miss, now Florida with their new coach, MO. They all sling it around the field.

At least he was actually able to tackle a Vol. Poor Valentine couldn't get close enough to a Vol WR to even get a PI called, let alone cover them.
