In what world is Unlimited Monitor Review a good idea? I don't think there would be 5% to say it is.

I say.......

Coaches get 2 monitor reviews per game. Win the review, you still have two reviews .... Lose it, lose the review and a time out.

Who's with me???????? Let's (and by "let's" I mean somebody else) put up a billboard in front of NCAA HQ!
