....and I've been a supporter of this staff from day one.

I really couldn't give two cents for what coach says after this.

Coaching is:
Hold on to the ball, don't commit stupid penalties, don't think the game is over after 1 quarter, don't lose your composure, keep your head....

Anybody see any of that the last two games?
Nine million a year for this?

Given the huge raise precedent set by Barnhart last year after a bad year, If Stoop's team plays any worse he might be the highest paid SEC coach at the end of the season😂

Making constant adjustments. Missouri stopped the Ray Davis show after the second quarter and then, started controlling the LOS on offense. I saw no adjustments at halftime when Missouri went on their run at the end of the second quarter. Again, stupid penalties sealed the loss and this is definitely a coaching issue.

Same old same old. Start with wins over easy opponents, lose to first or second challenger, say you “need to get back to work, change some things and be better prepared” then continue the downward spiral while everyone else improves. Remind fans they should be grateful to go to a bowl Game. This is the Mark Stoops era.

The lack of discipline goes much deeper than just the HORRIBLE penalties.

It's also the discipline to:
-Catch the football
-Making the tackle when you are the first defender to the ball
-Keep your eyes on the receiver instead of peeping into the backfield as a DB
-Knowing the blocking scheme for EVERY play
-Getting the play in on offense and defense in a timely manner as a coach
-Stop playing TIMID as a coach in a big game

Those areas are just as IMPORTANT as far as team discipline goes and is a HUGE reason we CRAP THE BED at some point in EVERY season!!!!

Too bad Jager was hurt, would have had at least a couple more holding and personnel foul penalties. His production is hard to replace

Why Mitch gave him raise that was announced after the Vandy home loss is perplexing. I'm all for paying Stoops when he has a great season to keep up the Joneses. But that was almost as bad as his Calipari lifetime silliness.

But on the heels of all Mitch's nonsense....good ole boy network just kept on chugging with Capiluto gave Mitch a nice fat extension for no reason as well. So UK sports is alot like our Government.....just it's own Swamp of throwing money around like it is no big deal.
