Have they officially taken that rule out or just stopped calling it? You never see them call it anymore and there are a ton of times they could.

Its so subjective because some of them balls may have been catchable if not for the PIs
You are talking about the one to BB in the endzone Im sure and it “probably” wasnt catchable but had BB not been tackled in the endzone who knows; he’s fast. But to answer your question Im just not sure.

It happened in the UofL/NCSt game. One ref threw a flag. They had a discussion and then pocketed the flag by declaring the ball was uncatchable. As previously noted, the ball may have been catchable if the there was no contact.

I don't know. It seems like I see a lot of balls land 5 yards out of bounds and they still call it. They called one on Florida in our game that could never have been caught if the QB and receiver were the only 2 people on the field.

All I can say is its about time UK (at home) got the majority of the calls v an SEC traditional power.
Times are changing for the better for UK.
Now its time to go down South and Slay another Dragon.

PI in the end zone will get flagged almost every time. That one To BB was "probably" uncatchable but the UF dude had a huge handful of jersey. Can't do that down there and expect to get away with it. Refs will most likely give the benefit of the doubt to the offense in that situation and toss the flag.
