Hello all. Back over at the JCFTC for the end of today’s practice. We’re scheduled to talk to OC Eddie Gran, select offensive players (QBs, cough cough) and assistant coaches today. Needless to say, should be an interesting session with UK’s looming QB situation.

Stay tuned for the latest around 6 ET....

* We’ve seen Josh Paschal in shoulder pads today for first time. Could it be sign that he’s getting closer as Stoops has suggested? Maybe getting clear of the NCAA three-day rule in helmet and shorts before he can resume full-pads practice?

* Gran asked what Stoops meant by playing “several” QBs, jokes that he will play Saturday. Adds that they’ve been preparing to play other guys all year.

* Being confident and pulling the trigger when plays are there are biggest things Wilson needs to do moving forward.

* WRs and OL and RBs need to do their part, too, to help the passing game, Gran said.

* Danny Clark not as far along as Gunnar Hoak, but has got better.

* Worried about making a change on a 6-1 team, Gran says there comes a time when you just know.

* Time of possession always important against Mizzou, Gran said. It’s been like that the last two years. Will try to again, but have to be prepared to adjust on the fly if it’s a different type of game.

* Terry Wilson says QB room has still been tight, everyone good guys who care about each other.

* Wilson conceded some rally turnovers may have made him tentative. Also said he saw more fire in him from film of earlier this season when he was playing better.

* Wilson excited to get on to the next opponent because it’s a chance to get the bad taste out of his mouth.

* Darin Hinshaw has been a little more non-committal than Stoops was on his radio show. If I’m reading the tea leaves (h/t Calipari) correctly, I don’t think there’s actually a plan to play other QBs. It’s a fluid, wait-and-see situation.

* Benny Snell says he’s never been an Elton John fan, but he’s getting hip to “Benny & The Jets” played at Kroger Field. He says he sings Benny & The Cats instead.

* Benny said he’s ready to be QB “if all Hell breaks loose.” (Laughs)

* Benny says Mizzou seems to be doing more run blitzing now, getting into gaps with LBs than they did past 2 years.

* Being a solid underdog has got Cats’ attention, Snell said, and it’s adding extra motivation.
