I know there are some good football minds in the community, and some who have coached one or more sports. I'm curious from those of you who've had to motivate young men before...where do you go from here? We've all heard the "burn the tape" cliche, but with a fairly complete all-systems-failure, how do you build your guys back up? Also, I assume that this could be a critical juncture on leadership...something Stoops has been working to develop in his guys since day one...so how much do you let the players handle internally?
