Tornados All Over Arkansas, West Ky Next

I'm about to build me a bomb shelter/storm shelter. I just want to be able to sleep in peace tonight. Instead, gonna be up half the night or more.
Yeah this isnt supposed to get to our area Winchester till like 2am. I will be up most of the night.
Tornado watch til 2am for the Louisville and surrounding areas.
I'm off of Smyrna and will stay up late to make sure my pets are safe.

There are at least 25 active warnings up across the US right now from Arkansas to Indiana. One storm in Wisconsin just got downgraded. One is now warned in Bowling Green. Stay weather aware tonight, Folks. This outbreak will be a doozie. Already has been a doozie.
I heard a weatherman say this storm and the subsequent rain this week could cause massive amounts of flooding. You just know when you go from like 55 to 80 the next day the energy in the atmosphere is going to be extreme.

A guy I listen to on youtube said there was an unconfirmed tornado that touched down somewhere in Louisiana.
Lived right down the road a bit in hillview area.
Used to play a lot of softball over there. Had a house in Creek Stone.
Daughter gradutated from UL and Son-inlaw is a huge UK Fan. So is my dad. They got him but didn't get me.
So far we’ve gotten VERY lucky in most of WKY today. I think Jackson TN got hit.

Observed tornado at the TN KY welcome center on 65. Moved through about 15 minutes ago and now south Warren county and Allen county farm land mostly but still has people's property.

Jackson looks to have been hit. No idea how the NWS never got confirmation with a hook echo and velocity readings what they were. It looks like it's quieting down, so hopefully we have an uneventful night with little thermal energy.
@JimboBBN - I lived in Hillview for a while. Loved off of Summers Drive. Familiar? My family still lives in Hillview. Hope it’s good there. How long you lived there?

No idea, I haven’t been fishing in a long while. I usually go out to rough river or Patoka Lake. Just don’t fish in the Ohio!
I live in Jeffersonville, right across from River Road on the East End bridge.
I’ve caught fish there. Bluegill, sunfish, crappie, channel cat. Was decades ago though.
Family lived in Jeffersonville for a long time. Right across the river on 65.
I've been watching this live feed. The tornado sightings and warnings are coming through at a rate I have never seen.

I'm in Henderson. Supposedly a tornado went above us to Mt Vernon/Evansville. Looks like it's going to get really bad again in about an hour.

Yup, I live directly from the new toll bridge, idk if you lived in the area when it was built or not though. The Kennedy lines up with downtown Jeff where I’m way out in the old county.
I am not shocked about that, I wouldn’t fish out if the Ohio if they payed me. I’ve been tubing and swimming in it a bunch but I wouldn’t eat out of it! There are Catfish the size of small cars down there according to local legend, I’ve seen some big ones but not close to that!
Some heavy stuff just north of Evansville so that part of the storm line is working its way closer to Louisville.
Wanting to get on some Crappie this Spring. I've been coaching Fast Pitch Travel ball for the last fifteen years in Kentucky and it's coming to an end so need to find some good holes.
I had some good luck with crappie at Nolin and Taylorsville Lakes. Caught some prize large mouth in Patoka in Indiana. Favorite though is fishing small cold mountain rivers in North Carolina. Grand Father Mountain area. Caught some amazing Trout up there. Linville. Also love fishing in Boone, NC.
