actually, Newman to Miss St does make at least a little sense. He IS from Mississippi; the coach at MSU (Ben Howland) has at least been to a FF or three. Besides, there is the fact that Miss St will at least be on SEC network - televised nationally a few times. Plus Newland wont have to fight much for recognition among other players.

thanks for asking hon - he's doing better. Blood sugar still a little high, at times, but much better than it was. Biggest problem now is his vision adjusting as his blood sugar does. I really appreciate the concern

What I want to know OP is what was so funny BEFORE the official announcement came through, because you clearly stated that "you were laughing SSSOOO HARD", and then when the final announcement came through it was pure gold, which make ZERO SENSE YOU FRIGGIN TROLL, because there would have been nothing funny until the annoucement came, otherwise true fans would've simply been excited and hopeful and not knowing the future would not of had any reason to laugh! You proved you lied about your reactions when you said u though it was hilarious that there were 2 threads saying he was coming, and you obviously didn't think it through to realize that there wouldn't have been anything funny until the official announcement.

In 40 plus years as a fan of uk basketball i have been called many things but a troll ia about the stupidest thing i have ever heard.the 2 threads that were unofficial had every reaction good and bad one could imagine.like i said i guess one had to read both threads to understand but the mods took them off.....the troll crap is so lame and ignorant.

I disagree.
I for one will try to catch every game he plays and enjoy his frustration and failure. True that he will enjoy his Millions later, but until then the enjoyment will be mine.
some of the dumb things do the young and senseless.
