If it wasn’t his fault, and by all accounts it wasn’t, then how on earth is it a bad look for him? You’re not approaching this with any level of logic or rationale.
It looks like he may have made a misstep in his response. The initial event wasn't his fault.
Wemb alleged that she "grabbed him from behind"... Spears strongly denied that and said she tapped his shoulder.
If he's lying, it's very low-class.

Brittany Spears is a 41 year old woman and has no business being around this Victor kid like that. He's a teenager. The optics are weird in this so don't glaze over those facts. If this involved any of us peons there would be trouble.
Imagine that,, women in their 40s don't look as good as they once did.. Still looks good to me,, just not as great as she did when she was 18/20 and the hottest woman in the world.. The security footage shows that she hit herself. Appears little Miss Drama Queen has made quite a fool of herself.
Depending on what one has been consuming at the time, it is understandable that one might get shoulder and ass confused. However, it isn't likely to happen again. Lol
After seeing the TMZ video, do you want to edit your statement? Considering she is only 5'4", I seriously doubt if she could reach his shoulder without a step ladder.

She's a nut job.
There’s no reason that security guard should’ve even apologized. He did nothing wrong. When a person runs up and tries to grab the person you’re hired to protect without consent, swatting that hand away is entirely within bounds.
Brittany, on the other hand, owes a big ole apology for making bogus assault allegations. She friggin tried to have a man criminally prosecuted just for doing his job properly.
The security guard did the right thing. He probably didn't know who cuckoo for coco puffs was. He made the right assumption in some bat shit crazy woman put her hands on the client. The lesson here, as it has always is, keep your hands to yourself.
