Well, that's pretty much the death knell for this board which was kind of in a death spiral anyway.
Welp, highly doubt we'll like the inevitable changes. But, we've survived these types of changes before.
If they bring the floating video ads back, welp, was nice knowing all of you.
I for one have always loved our new leader Matt Jones and KSR. I say we celebrate this news with a nice well done steak at the KSBar.

It depends on how much it is for me. Not living in Kentucky, this has honestly been my sole interactions in taking about Kentucky sports.

That being said he’s been very vocal that he wanted to keep the site as free as possible, but after on3 showed the changes in ads and monetization, he understood why the current reality is a paywall site.
If on3 has acquired this, it will either be folded into the assets they have already (KSR board), monetized with a paywall, or killed

Paying for a messageboard is a no for me. Hopefully something gets worked out, because it would be a bummer to lose this community- as crazy as it can be at times.

Don't post much between basketball and football seasons but read the site every day. It would be a big blow to have this site as a paid one. I'd hate to see it go that as there's a lot of good posters here I enjoy reading.

If this is the end, then it’s been a great time. This is my 17th year on the board, literally half of my life. It would be a shame to not be able to interact with you fine folks anymore.
