The moral of the story: it's never Cal's fault.
 
He is just full of himself and hot air. Once he was inducted into he HOF for his recruiting, he has stopped caring. He is overweight, overpaid and never leaving.

This really ain't Cal's fault!!! It is all about Barney giving him a lifetime contract. Now, Cal owns Barney.
