Oweh gets slapped on the arm on that epic dunk - no call

Garcia walks twice before getting his shot up - and-1

"That's a good foul, Washington did not want to see another dunk"

No, that's a punk play. Don't turn it over and don't get dunked on. It's not a good foul because you're pissy the way you're getting torched.

Are we in the twilight zone or something..
Well, there's a woman dressed up as a horse on TV selling deodorant for you balls, so yeah maybe.

Butler’s having a nightmare, so far.
The offense moves better with Perry, and with Travis continuing to knock down the three, it's going to be difficult to keep him out of there. Put Butler in there for defense and an extra shooter from deep.

THAT ISNT GOALTENDING! The ball wasn’t above the rim. The rule is hit the glass AND above the rim
I don't remember on the replay, but just a sliver of the ball has to be above the rim, not the entire ball. If 1mm of the ball is above the rim it's goaltending.

If you watch it in slow motion, he walked twice before he put the shot up, but they missed it twice and called the foul and the other one called the GT.
Yep. And here’s the actual rule for the ppl in the thread who probably just assume it’s a goaltend after it hits the backboard anytime (which is clearly what the announcers think)

Art. 3. Goaltending.

a. Goaltending occurs when a defensive player touches the ball during a fieldgoal try and each of the following conditions is met: (Exceptions: Rule 10-4.1.i)

  1. The ball is on its downward flight; and
  2. The ball is above the level of the ring and has the possibility, while in flight, of entering the basket and is not touching the cylinder. b. It is goaltending to touch the ball outside the cylinder during a free throw, regardless of whether the free throw is on its upward or downward flight. c. When the ball contacts the backboard and any part of the ball is above the rim during a field goal attempt, it is considered to be on its downward flight. In such a case, it is goaltending when the ball is touched by a player as long as it has a possibility of entering the basket

If it hits the backboard below the rim then it’s clearly either (A. Has no chance of going in) or (B. Still in upward flight)
