Student section deserves some credit

They were seated and ready to go well before the rest of the stadium. They were standing and a spectacle all game long. And never left. Pom Pom shaking looked great. They heard the complaints from the ULL game and took it to heart. Plus, coeds in Sun dresses had to impress recruits. Great job all around.

YES!!!!!! ..I HAVE been one of their biggest critics, but I thought they along with the stadium crowd did well

Actually the ENTIRE STADIUM did its part. Nobody left the stadium. It was jam packed, and loud the entire game. It's a real shame out guys couldn't feed off that. I take that back, I think our defense certainly did, but the offense just wasn't able to reward the defense with its efforts. Everybody was loud on all 4 downs when we were on defense like a real SEC crowd. We didn't sit on our hands till 3rd down. Couldn't beat the atmosphere, too bad we all had to leave disappointed wondering if that streak will ever end.

It's sad because we will need another fan effort like that next week to get by Missouri. That's a very winnable game if the offense can figure out its identity. I just fear this loss took the wind out of a lot of sails and the crowd will be lackluster. We still have a lot of opportunities for making this a memorable season in front of us. Beat Missouri and we are right back on track for a decent bowl game.

Yeah, I was pleasantly surprised by the students support! having said that,, I hope it wasn't the possible chance at storming the field that kept them there but that they are just supporting their team and classmates!!! Anyway, good job students!!!
