Based on the job description I’ve seen, it sounds like she is in charge of all logistics for recruiting visits. Booking the flights, coordinating schedules, etc.
Pretty important out front face that mom and dad interact with and leaves an impression on the family. Hoping she kills it and helps in some small way with building momentum.

Well, I didn't really like it, thought it was cheesy, just like Ole Jimbo.At this point I don't think it matters how good your staff is at recruiting. The only thing that really matters is how much you are willing to pay for a high end recruit.

Under Strong, UL had pretty girls “happen upon” recruits on their campus tours and then walk with the family and flirt with the recruit. They had “good girls” who would invite the more family oriented kids out to bowl or doing something and then the party girls who entertained the guys who seemed so inclined. Haslem*. And Tennessee got the first QB they went after in this class. He’s more than a last name too. But when your collective doesn’t have money like the players warrant, you have to pursue players born into wealth. It happens with those schools without the booster base.No, but they are the most vocal and want to be in charge. The direct TV guy is a behind the scene guy. We both know the Hansen's want to be up front look at me type. His effort with the Browns should be very encouraging. Now just like with the Browns he will want to overrule the coaches, after all he just bought the vols.
