Stoops promised BV play time to get him here, probably. Plus, Stoops had hardly ever played a true freshman. He should in this case, though.
We should have saved the money we spent on Brock and spent it…anywhere else.
Stoops gets more like our previous basketball coach all the time
If he trots out Brock as the starter vs louisville ... Boley has to start period. That is our QB moving forward.
I bet boley starts next week. He should at this point since UL will have no tape on him. I’ve been in favor of Brock over boley all year but I think the moment has passed for Brock
Boley is no hero but he sure seems like it compared to the alternative. Although the more he gets seen the more he can be game planned for.

I was getting ready to mention your thread in here. He sounds just like Calipari wants to play certain players like he doesn’t want to take their hearts. Even if it’s a determent to the teams success!
Watching the game, the wife is asking “Why isn’t he (Boley) playing more? Then I explained Stoops, NIL, promises made etc.

... Stoops is corrupt b/c his motives seem to be vulnerable to objective criticism. He "needed" BV to succeed to save face for bad lazy decisions he made. I wouldn't donate one dime to NIL to this football program with Stoops at the helm. He needs to go.

It took 8 or 9 games for the coaches to realize Wilcox is our best RB and 11 games to realize Boley is better than BV. Wow.

Basically one TD a game. Hard to believe that's even possible given that offense basically runs the sport of football anymore. So many high scoring games. Yet we struggle just to put up one touchdown a game.
You’re correct. I actually feel bad for Brock. He’s no superstar but I wish we could have seen him with a decent line.
The choices like these are the most flabbergasting things. I would also add that they went half the season without using brown to fully return kicks even though we struggle for any kind of yards in any facet and that’s his obvious strength by a mile.
He does if we want any chance he comes back. Not sure a token start against UL will make him come back but it can't hurt. If I had a son playing QB under these coaches I would encourage him to play elsewhere.

Stoops regime aint the answer. The SEC is changing. He would have to pull a Saban and adapt philosophy.
