Stay classy, Alabama

I didn't know someone threw that bottle. I assumed it got knocked of the ledge of the upper arena by a bama fan excitedly congratulating our Cats on a fine road win.

Might be some truth to the comment from some guy on the Bama board who said they were trying to throw it at Anthony Grant. They don't seem to be too happy with the guy...

I didn't say anything about booing bad calls. I said SEC schools boo ANY call that goes against them...good or bad.

UK fans are the most knowledgeable of all college basketball schools IMO. Any fan base should boo bad calls.

I mean...he couldn't have thought that they were going to win....
Exactly. in retrospect he really should have thrown it right after tipoff.

To be fair that was one fans actions and there was a loud boo that went through the arena.
I actually spotted a cardfan in the crowd. Maybe he was the one throwing things, because he was mad that Bama did not win.
THIS, and stop with the "jilted girlfriend" Harris comments ftim the FB board. Grow up, get over it and either wish a KY kid well or move on.

That was one idiot in the student section. Every Bama fan I met there could not have been more friendly or welcoming. On a side note, after the bottle was thrown, one fan near me yelled "If your Quarterback could throw that well, you would have beaten Ohio State!"

On another note. In the 247 alabama thread. Alabama fans were saying that they should have thrown it at grant. Lol
As soon as the bottle came on the court, everyone looked up in the section where it came from behind the basket. There was a fan yelling and carrying on right from where the bottle came from. He didn't throw the bottle, a drunk student did as he was walking out of the stands. The other idiot was just standing there alone screaming at the refs. It was quite funny at that point in the game.

All the bama fans that were still there (not many) booed and were upset about the bottle. It just takes one idiot to give a fan base a bad name..

And you stay classy yourself. A grown man still upset two weeks later because a 18 year old kid made a decision that was best for HIS future and not a male jersey chasers. Grow up. I bet you will be the type of guy who will chase after him asking for his autograph after he makes it to the NFL.
