First day for online sports betting in Kentucky, what's everyone going with as their first official bet?
FanDuel is doing a similar promo where you win if a single point is scored so I dropped $50 on that as wellDid a 50 dollar wager for Draftkings promo bet that a TD will be scored tonight on the TNF game.
Also did a 15 team money line parley on college football this weekend with the promo bonus bets
But what you win can’t be withdrawn, right? Only can be used to bet more?FanDuel is doing a similar promo where you win if a single point is scored so I dropped $50 on that as well
Everything I've seen seems to suggest that it's money that can be withdrawn if you winBut what you win can’t be withdrawn, right? Only can be used to bet more?
I believe any type of bonus money that is used and won you have to bet so many times over the original bonus bet to be able to cashout. Could be wrong but pretty sure you cannot bet the bonus and then cashout asap if you win.Everything I've seen seems to suggest that it's money that can be withdrawn if you win
DraftKings and FanDuel both seem to insinuate that the prize money is yours but not the stake if you win on a bonus bet. So if you use a $25 bonus bet, you'll get whatever the return is minus the original $25. Yes that is correct on the $25,..definitely not giving you that money back as well.DraftKings and FanDuel both seem to insinuate that the prize money is yours but not the stake if you win on a bonus bet. Are the parlays with the spreads or are they straight up?Yes that is correct on the $25,..definitely not giving you that money back as well.
Did a 11-team parlay on the teams below. $25 pays $375. Besides the first three, I would think the others are locks.
Louisville, BYU, Kentucky, Penn State, Georgia Bulldogs, Michigan, Texas, Oklahoma, PHI Eagles, SF 49ers, DAL Cowboys
These are just money lines so they only need to win. Spreads would be an insane amount. Are the parlays with the spreads or are they straight up?
What is the boost thing? On Fan Duel it let me bet $50 at even money that at least 1 point would be scored in the game tonight. Surely that's a 1 time thing.

Yeah they very occasionally run promotions like that where's it's essentially a $50 bonus to your account.
Similar tactics to the drug dealer that gives you a free sample just to get you hooked and coming back for more.
Any idea where this mythical drug dealer might live? Asking for a friend….
I think CFB is a lot easier to get a read on too. Even the bad teams in the NFL are loaded with really good players, and seemingly every team will have a game where they play way over their heads and take down a contender.Thought I had an easy parlay with kc money line / mahomes 200 yds pass / 1 td - sweated it out until the end when he finally hit the 203 pass yds total.
Maybe I’m more invested but I find a lot more easy winners in cfb than nfl - I thought usc/colorado over 72.5 was easy bet and it hit before the 4th quarter.
NFL is just tough to get a read on. Even for individual players. Especially on scoring. I had Kelce in a TD parley for one of my bonus bets and I only got one leg out of four. The other four were people who normally score a TD pretty regularly. Not so on Sunday. I usually don' t like doing O/U on yards in the NFL because that's so iffy. All it takes is for one team's defense to, as you said, play over their heads and whelp, the QB who normally gets 200 yds only gets 130 that day. And you just never know when that's going to happen.I think CFB is a lot easier to get a read on too. I thought about taking that one, but with the putrid offense CO had as Oregon I backed off of it.Thought I had an easy parlay with kc money line / mahomes 200 yds pass / 1 td - sweated it out until the end when he finally hit the 203 pass yds total.

Yeah I missed on a Mahomes 2+ TD, 270 + yards, Kielce 50+ yards, and KC had 17 points in the first quarter and did nothing after that, talk about a let down after a hype start.I thought about taking that one, but with the putrid offense CO had as Oregon I backed off of it.
I saw one for something called Dimers. It was something like $700 in bonus bets. Upon further investigation, it looks like Dimers is a website that groups all sportsbooks together so you can easily get to all of them.I did the free $ signups at FanDuel, DraftKings, BetMGM, Bet365. Any others out there giving away good bet $$ without betting any of your own money or very little?
