So Let!’s Get Started. Projected Point Spread For UT Game.

According to NFL scouts Levis is a great Pro QB prospect/top3 QB in draft, but as far as a college QB right Hooker is outperforming him.

It's why many believe Hooker is now the odds on favorite to win the Heisman........we shall see where they both end up as far as success at the collegecQB level. Levis very well could be the better PRO prospect and Hooker the better college QB
Wide open offense is the difference in stats Levis by far more talented

-13, Please Lord Baby Jesus let Brad White figure something out. They are so smug right now and could use a big ol piece of humble pie.

Tennessee is top 10 in the country in run defense. Levis can’t throw if he is constantly being sacked/pressured. Where are your “long, sustained drives” going to come from? Most of Tennessee’s scoring drives are under 2 minutes, so it doesn’t really matter. Kentucky had the ball for 47 minutes last year and still got beat by double digits. I would not bet on a line of -16, but it is certainly possible.
Lost by 3 not double digits

I think the line will be UT -8. UT's a hot team right now that can flat score bunches of points on anyone, but Kentucky will use a lot of 12 even 13 personnel sets and run the ball with CROD, burn clock and score. Yes UT run defense is very good but if we have numbers we can move the ball on the ground. UT pass offense is pathetic so UK will find balance with the offense. I think UK will need to go over the top a few times with success to generate enough offense to win. As far as intangibles it really depends on how much of a game this is to UT. If they take the attitude of "hey we beat Bama we can easily beat Kentucky" then they stand to get burned. If they play with the same energy and effort as they did against Bama they will be hard to beat at home.

UK: 36
UT: 31
Don't forget TN has that look ahead factor with them too. So they've got the hangover from beating Bama, and the date with Georgia the next week. This is a trap game for them.

45-42 not double digit.

I hope James H. Carter’s crew is not assigned to the game. There’s not many good choices, but. Thankfully Hubert Owens has not been sighted in the games I’ve seen. Ken Williamson is a skinny, dumb prick too.

Realistically speaking UK could very well be 7-0 now. Gave the Ole Piss game away and held them scoreless for second half.
We gave the Cocks 7 points first 15 seconds of game which changed whole complexion of the game. With Levi’s we win this game easily.
The coverage mistakes we made against UT last year can not be nearly as bad( I think and hope). If NFL scouts are correct UK has the superior QB and the best running back in the SEC. Should be about as healthy as we’ve been since start of season. Stoops said Robinson and Flax should both be back. Does anyone have any info on linebacker Jacques Jones health.
My guess is UK plus 9.5-10. If UK can have sustained drives and control clock UT can’t score. I think UK certainly has the superior defense and UT probably the better offense and home field advantage. What day you fellow UK fans?

Not trying to be that guy, but didn't UK controll the clock for nearly 42 minutes? You just aren't going to controll it much more. You have to limit explosive plays, you just can't give up multiple 50+ yard play and expect to win. UT has been able to get their speed guys matched up against S and to their credit have taken advantage of it.

So I guess I am saying you you need UT to have the ball longer because by preventing those huge plays. They really haven't showed the ability to sustain 10+play drives. Of course Ideally you want stops and 3 and outs. But the real key is making the play and instead of pounding your chest, get in position for the next play because UT is and you will be chasing a WR down the field.

Seems coaches can sometimes overlook this aspect of going against an uptempo offense and fail to properly prepare their team mentally for this. Make the tackle and get ready for the next play immediately. Celebrate after a 4th down stop and that is it. I would spend a decent amount of time drilling this into my teams persona, not just for an uptempo offense but for every single game. Love watching the corners signaling incomplete and shaking their fingers on a broken up pass only to have their man catch a TD pass the very next play. That shit ain’t happening on my watch!!!!

Early Vegas Line is TN by 8.5 thought it would be 10

TN offense is unique with their ungodly WR wide splits outside the numbers, they want to create space all over the field and have a QB with a big arm.

Play zone, mix in weak side corner blitz and if you get a chance to lay out Hooker do so
