Sick and tired

I am so sick and tired of all of the negative surrounding this program. I blame most of it on NIL, practice facilities, Calipari and Barnhart. We should be second to none in facilities. I shouldn’t even have to say that. This black cloud hanging over the program has done nothing but bring negative energy. I hate this NIL trash. It has ruined college athletics. And if my AD and basketball coach can’t make things work then I want them both gone.

I tell all my employees, even the great ones, that they should always be looking out for their own best interest. If they see a better job somewhere else, I'll help them get it. Granted, it's relatively easy for me to find good replacements, but trying to hold on to great talent that wants to go elsewhere is a fool's errand.

He could have kept him with a raise and no lifetime contract. That's the issue most of us have with it. We could have made it through say 2023 in 2019 and everyone would have been ok with it.

Let Saban start producing unacceptable results for Bama football and he'd be replaced.Nobody is irreplaceable.
