They should be starting then but the other players in that not as good after we get a lead.Just ball players man. No fear. Aggressive. Excellent passers.
Should be the starters. Nothing wrong with rewarding performance.

fifyNeed I remind you that UK was home to the first recognized "Sixth Man" in basketball history in Frank Ramsey? Then there was James Lee in 1978, just when the other team isstarting to tirebloody and thinking it can't get any worse, you hit them with raw power and energy off the bench.
Probably why he bacame a hall of famer...he was playing pissed off 2/3 of the time...Out of 1057. That's 33%.
I guess we can debate over my use of "rarely," but at 33%, I don't think it was "common" for him to start a game.
So, point withstanding, an NBA hall of famer came off the bench in 67% of his games.
Three shot clock violations down the stretch . Cal at his finest.Tyler and Devin suxked balls on defense against Wisconsin. They couldn't guard air. Booker also couldn't shoot by that point n the season. This myth perpetrated on this board that the outcome would have been any different is comical. Cal still would have made them play stall ball and run the clock down. Maybe ulis or Booker throw up a garbage 3 that goes in. We will never know. That loss was 100% on calipari.
The Harrisons won the ND game to get UK to the 2015 final four and led UK to the 2014 final four as freshmen.
Big difference between that wisconsin myth and Dilly and Reed there. They are great defenders and can score.
Interesting . I’m too young to remember that. The first “sixth man” I remember was John Havlicek for the Celtics .Need I remind you that UK was home to the first recognized "Sixth Man" in basketball history in Frank Ramsey? I thought Cal said that one of the purposes of the bench was to teach players who weren't performing up to standards.
There's nothing dumb about what I said, you're just being a dick. But nothing new from you.SITTING them on the bench, AKA cutting back their minutes or not playing them at all.
Reed played more minutes than Wagner AND Justin Edwards last night.
Our fanbase is so dumb sometimes.
This! Idk about Ulis, but Devin was getting smoked against Wisconsin. He was a detriment to have on the floor in that game. Plus, the twins played very well in that game.Tyler and Devin suxked balls on defense against Wisconsin. They couldn't guard air. Booker also couldn't shoot by that point n the season. Lmfao and here it is! That you, Cal?! Idgaf what they were “ranked”. Rob and Reed are better players. Period. It’s best to see what you can get out of your highest rated recruits at first, then sub reed and rob if they struggle. Wagner and Edwards are top 5 recruits with more upside, if they can put it together.

My issue w/ that game has always been the 3 consecutive shot clocks...this doesn't happen w/ ulis on the floor. I don't really blame Cal for wanting to ride experience down the stretch, but do believe that ulis should've been on the floor after the 2nd violation, for sure, and maybe the firstThis!
