Overrated like usualWearn't the talking heads picking Tennessee to win the conference? They don't look like much at all.
And Barnes teams play thug ball and will peak in January. This team may have have already peaked.Overrated like usual
Lots of empty seats for UNC and UT. Is it tv or the economy causing this?
There is plenty of $$$ in Chapel Hill!Lots of empty seats for UNC and UT. Is it tv or the economy causing this?
It ain’t money, Chapel Hill plus the the whole Raleigh area is one of the wealthiest metros in the SouthLots of empty seats for UNC and UT. Is it tv or the economy causing this?
I got a Sony 75 inch as an early Christmas present. I’ll be at the game Saturday though. Just not the same as in person.Guessing some of those fans would rather watch it on their 60 inch HDTV like a lot of Kentucky fans also do.
I think this is one of the biggest issues. It’s like this for sports and concerts. Look online and see a tix for $35 and go to checkout and somehow the total is now $58. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I’d rather wait in a line, again, to get a tix at face value but that’s a thing of the past now.Ticketmaster's processing fees aren't what they used to be.
Correct. And the area is growing like crazy! It ain’t money, Chapel Hill plus the the whole Raleigh area is one of the wealthiest metros in the South
If you check Ticketmaster right up until tipoff there will be people trying to resell seats even to cupcake games for $250. Those seats end up empty. Given how easy it is to resell these days, you'd think they would rather have some money instead of no money for a seat they won't use, but nah.Rupp had some empties in the corners too the other night for 1 of our biggest home games of the year. Going to games is just not as popular as it used to be.
I was surprised that the game wasn't sold out.Rupp had some empties in the corners too the other night for 1 of our biggest home games of the year. Going to games is just not as popular as it used to be.
