SEC Weekend 3/24/23

Weather is playing all kind of havoc on weekend series.

~The big series this weekend is #1 LSU hosting #5 Arkansas. Arkansas leads 1-0 in the top of the 6th.

~Vandy travels to Starkville to play 3 against Miss State. State needs a good weekend.

~Tennessee hosts Texas A&M. This is an interesting series as both teams need a SEC series win.

~South Carolina hosts the surprise team in the conference Mizzou.

~Auburn and Georgia actually play Thursday through Friday. Auburn won last night on a walk-off walk.

~Ole Miss hosts Florida but tonights game has been postponed until tomorrow.

~UK travels to Tuscaloosa to play Bama.

Vandy is beating Miss State 10-1. What is wrong with State?

Vandy is also not a good hitting team. State is just bad. Across the board. Pitching is the straw that stirs the drink and State has little to none of it.

South Carolina scored four in the bottom of the 9th to come back and beat Mizzou. I am hoping that Mizzou wins that series as I'd like to see them come in ranked next weekend so that we can beat them.

Arky had a faux blowout at the box. Arky is tougher than I thought they'd be this year, but I guess that's almost always the case.

UT killed A&M. A&M looks like a mess.

Vandy just raped and pillaged in Starkville. Miss state is looking like an all time bad team.

Auburn has taken the series from UGA, leaving UGA 0-5 in the SEC.

Very interesting, I'm rooting for A&M, Mizzou, Ole Miss, Miss state tomorrow.

Updates:

1). UK 2-0 against Bama and goes for sweep tomorrow.
2). UT goes 2-0 against A&M (lucky to win today), goes for sweep tomorrow.
3). LSU evens the series against arky in blowout fashion. Decider is tonight.
4). Aubie takes series against UGA 2-1 (though UGA had a blowout in game 3).
5). USCe takes first two games against Mizzou. Third game is tonight.
6). Vandy takes first two games against PUTRID Miss state.
7). Florida up 1-0 on Ole Miss and playing game 2 now.

UK tied for the lead in SEC with Vandy and South Carolina.
