All right, this is what I got so far:
Schultz - Baseball player. Hits to all fields with a solid approach. Can play multiple positions, but is best as a middle infielder, likely at 2b. Plus speed.
Ritter - Plus defender with plus arm. Bat needs work, but is coming along. Singles hitter.
Church - Big body that should add power as he adds muscle. Moves well for bigger guy, projects well at third or first.
Rhodes - Excellent doubles hitter to all field, should continue to add power and shows a strong approach. Still young and learning outfield where he projects to play left field, or possibly right. Solid speed, but won't blow anyone away.
Anu - Big bat with power to spare. Hits the ball hard, but could improve hitting for average, and needs to work on cutting down on strikeouts. Needs defensive help in the OF and is a liability as an outfielder. Projects better as a DH. Has some speed, but not the best quickness.
Collett - Power for days. Hits almost everything hard, but sometimes struggles with off speed pitches and high heat. Injury prone, but has been healthy more recently and has put on more good muscle. Average defender at first base. Strikeout numbers have been high in the past, but have improved this year.
Rubalcaba - Good defender behind the plate, blocks the ball well and shows good feel for working with pitchers. Soft hands and a fast and strong release to second to control the run game. Bat needs work, but potential is there to be a above average hitter.
Estep - Utility type infielder that can play 2nd or 3rd, or even SS in a pinch. Strong arm and gets ball to first quickly and with ease. Smart hitter that hits the ball to all fields. Should continue to hit with more power, but mostly a doubles type hitter.
Shelby - Plus outfielder, especially in center with good speed. Excellent power at the plate, but a high propensity to strike out, especially against better pitching. Tends to strike out too often, which makes the power less valuable.
Hill - Toughness. Will always give 100 percent. Plus speed at all 3 outfield positions and on bases. Arm and range probably best for center. Aggressive swinger that can hit to all fields and with power, but needs to cut down on strikeouts.
Harmon - Big guy who is trimming out and muscling up and is emerging as a hitter. Need to see him against SEC quality arms to know how well he sees the ball. Has power, but also hits the ball hard on line drives. Hasn't played much, if at all, defensively, but could play 1st or some corner OF in a pinch.
Kessler - Great early on in his career at the plate, but pitchers seem to have figured him out and he's not adjusted. Solid defensive catcher, but doesn't blow you away with plus skill.
Liebert - Solid at the plate and behind it. Not going to be a guy that jumps out at you, but just gets the job done when asked to. Needs more time to show off hitting against quality arms.
Zeke Lewis - Speed and range. Excellent defender at second and gets to balls you wouldn't think possible. Arm is adequate. A liability at the plate.
Drew Grace - Good defender that doesn't necessarily wow you, but doesn't make many mistakes. Can play SS, 2B, or 3B. Hasn't shown progress at the plate in short collegiate career.
