With very few exceptions, I've been very impressed with his offense at OSU. Yes, he has great talent to work with and that accounts for a good portion of their seasonal stats but, even against good teams, OSU offense is really good (again, with a few exceptions).
Where does his scheme come from? Balanced. Very versatile, with strong rushing and passing concepts.
Consistently schemes his receivers open. Not just 'my receivers are going to play well in the NFL and you can't guard them', but OSU seems to have someone open every single play, whether TE, WR or RB. Not as impressed with the scheme on defense but the offense is really potent and looks difficult to scheme against. I don't know where he developed his offense but I'd like to think we could use some of his concepts to get guys open like they do, even accounting for the talent difference.
BTW, I have OSU but they have a helluva team this year.
