Russ Yeast would likely land at Kentucky if the Wildcats make him a big priority. For now though any talk of him as a UK lock is premature. Frankly, UK has not been as aggressive in pursuing him early as his camp, i.e. Russ and his dad, former UK great Craig, had hoped. They want UK to be very aggressive and proactive early and while some schools have been coming on strong, UK has its method in Ohio that works very well. Ohio recruiting moves slowly (broken record, right? It's true), and UK really goes for the domino effect in February-summer of the rising senior class. Yeast is just a lot younger than most guys UK pushes for in Ohio. He is definitely still on the board, but I can tell you with certainty that Louisville is a very strong player in Yeast's recruitment right now. I think if UK wants to change that, they can.
