I know we have to get through 2015 first, but what teams have an open date on the first weekend of the 2016 season or what teams would be willing to open that date up for us?

I don't expect Stoops to try to schedule a high level opponent since we are replacing UAB. Maybe another ConfUSA team since they'll all be looking for another team each week. I hope it's not another MAC school.

Cincy, Duke, San Diego State, Wake Forest, UNC, UCF, NC State, Cal...are all available

Would love to see some variety and competition in our OOC going into this next era of UK football...

Most of those schools would insist on a home and home.

You are not going to get anybody on that list without a home and home except maybe UC would do a split the tickets game in Paul Brown.

Is it a one game series, do we have to fill a date in 17 also?

I think it was just for 2016 for UAB. I don't know if UK has the 2017 OOC set yet.

Hey Zipp, thanks for continuing to lurk on our board. I knew you were a closet fan.

This for no other reason than too kick Brown's a** for how he handle the UL game. He was ready to leave before the game started.

I saw his post over there too trying to help us come up with some ideas on who to schedule. Really love the theme of that thread. I guess Sh*t for brains Zipp fails to comprehend even with our 3 OOC cupcakes we like to schedule we still had the 11th toughest schedule in the nation this year. The cards had by far the toughest schedule they have ever faced and still finished 44th in SOS.

Keep on giving me the laughs Zipp, trust me that are at you not with you

Article in Sunday's LHL said they had a deal almost inked with Army, then Ohio State offered more money. Article stated that it is getting harder and harder (and much more expensive) to find sacrificial lambs willing to show up to take a near certain loss, since every Power 5 conference is looking for easy cupcake wins without having to play a home and home.
