For a lot of people, the poor officiating calls are the primary thing they get upset with. For me, the constant monitor reviews are what bother me so much. I can’t stand the flow of a game getting interrupted every two minutes like that. That’s my big issue with Adams and Shows. They both love those reviews and no fan turns on the game to watch them go to the monitor. The SEC really needs to take a look at it imo, because it hurts the quality of the product
Yep - the monitor reviews and the stupid monitor cam anger me way more than they should
Multiple levels of stupidity happening there
Kills flow and momentum
Allows for micro adjustments by corrupt refs
It's accompanied by multi-tiered subjective rules describing just how egregious that thing was that just happened
It reflects a nanny state that's increasingly authoritarian about some things while mysteriously ignoring much more impactful topics
Injects THE REFEREE as a co-lead actor when they should STFU and get the coffee - also feeds their ego's
It just looks like something cookie cutter executives do at corporations when they actually have ZERO ideas or actual value to add -- but they HAVE to take credit for their existence
Creates dependency for future officials to go to the ORACLE OF TRUTH & NOT be on top of WTF just happened before your very eyes
And its not like adding all that amateur hour $hit righted some historical wrong or solved any problems -
Like i said - bothers me more than it should
If i am watching live - i will erupt into seething tourettes like outbursts
So...HOW DO WE NOT HAVE CORPORATE SPONSORS FOR MONITORING REPLAYS YET???
