for years I didn’t want to admit the obvious, but it finally became so obvious you can no longer deny it … there’s only 2 choices, either the refs are wholly incompetent or they are on the take …

If some organization or institution doesn't take the money out of the referee equation it is not going to end well for any sport. It is getting ridiculous and is obvious to any who will say it out loud. No three strikes and you are out it should be one strike and you are out.
