All 3 stunk it up . It’s probably more acceptable for a freshman to stink it up in a big matchup like this early on .

We absolutely need our vets to not shoot 3-17 from 3 though . I actually didn’t realize he missed that many shots until just now .

No, it isn't more acceptable for Wagner to unnecessarily shoot us into a loss. Reeves took the shots that he should have been taking. It was unfortunate that he didn't hit more of those shots. There is simply no reason for Wagner to take those shots. There is no real expectation of him making those shots. KU loved the fact that he kept shooting.

Maybe, but it's pretty hard to be any worse than he has been against these 2 teams.

Just cursory look in his game log, it does seem he's about 50/50 when it comes to what you'd consider good teams.

It wasn't just the bad shooting %, late 2nd half he just kept firing 3s early in the shot clock, and Cal seemed to have no problem with it.

If Wagner had simply realized that his shooting was off tonight and focused on being a facilitator we would have been good enough to win. I haven't looked. Did DJ record an assist?
