5 straight games of 20 or more points. 7 straight overall

9 for 21 from 3 and overall from the floor he's 39 for 68(4 straight games with 8 makes) which is 57.4%
From the FT line he is 27 for 30 for 90%

he's also added 21 rebounds, 12 assists, 1 block, and 5 steals

Kentucky has averaged 99.4 points in the last 5 games.

Yeah, he's our MVP, in my opinion. He's as steady as any player we've had scoring the ball. Teams being physical bothered him last season, but he's overcome that this year. His SEC numbers prove that. And the big games obviously don't cause him problems anymore, either. His performance down the stretch of this season has proven that. He's definitely turned himself into a first round draft pick.

He doesn't have bad games. Every game, it's Reeves and Reed went off, or Reeves and Dillingham went off, or Reeves and Edwards went off...

With his current streak of 20 or more point games Reeves has now become a top 175 scorer in college basketball history. Obviously numbers will be inflated because guys are getting 5th years and have more incentive to stay in college with NIL, but you still have to put the ball in the basket and he's done it in droves during his career.

He's actually the player with the most career points in college basketball atm. Of all the 5th year players Reeves has the most points.

wish I could ask more of him, but the guy is giving it all....

Disappeared last year in some games when needed but has grown by leaps and bounds in many areas.

I attribute that to not having enough capable shooters and guards around him, more than anything.

Reeves was the #1 option at all times last year. He now might be the FIFTH option on this team, behind Dilly, Reed, Edwards and DJ. Imagine how much more freedom he has with that. He's not drawing the teams best defender anymore or the majority of the attention. The game plan now for UK, is stop Reed and Dilly.. if that means Reeves beats us, then oh well.

Never disappeared. Never "laid down" like some dumb shyts claimed. I've seen games where ours stars let the pressure get to them. Too nervous to try and hoped their teammates pulled it out instead.

Started the season with Cal jerking him around to watch from the bench CJ throw up bricks. Then forced to go from 7th man to start 35 mins a game and #1 offense option late in the season. And Reeves stepped up. He may have gone cold, sure. Unfortunately that happens to shooters. But he saw a team that needed points and didn't shrink from the responsibility. Gave 100% effort and didn't disappear.

He has developed into a really good all around player, seems Cal forgets at times that sometimes it takes time to develop to make it to the NBA.
