Reeds little stunt just cost me $350

I can afford to lose $350- but I don’t have the stones to bet that much. I bet $50 on UK and that was only because it was a deposit match. I don’t see how gambling is a winning investment long term. Try the S & P 500.

Yea I was wondering the same. Unless he made a live bet really late with cats favored by 2 or 3...

Ir if he went the other way and had an alternate line with cats -3 or -4 at +225 or something
The world will never know bc it was a one hit wonder troll

That's just one of many reasons that gambling is stupid.
If you've got the money and don't lose your head, it's actually pretty fun. Won $600 on the UK/UofL basketball game alone. Won another $600 on an 11 pick parlay that would've only cost me $9. Last night I won $119 on a $5 bet and this afternoon $153 betting on UK and against UofL. I leave a little in my DK account then take the rest out and stash it in my banking account. The goal is to rarely dip back into your banking account.

Refs are so bad. Just because Florida was losing they got a foul call every time they drove or shot those last like 3-4 possessions. So disgusting. Happens all the time in college, phantom foul calls just because.

I still think gambling is stupid. On many levels.

I had two bets.

UK ML with a 25% boost. Bet 10, won 27$.

4 Leg Parley, 50% Boost. UK ML, UK/UF Under 170.5, Kansas ML, FAU ML. The game was sitting at 170. The 2 Free throws made it 172. I guess he could have hit the shot. Wish Reed had stayed away and let it fly.

Up 7$ on the day. Cats go a huge road win. Life could be worse.

They're not building billion dollar casinos cause everybody is winning!

I remember very few back door wins but I remember all the bad beats!

If $350 is going to make or break the OP maybe he should find another hobby. If you don't have it to lose don't gamble..

Did you lose $350 or would you have won $350 if that didn’t happen? Big difference so just wondering. Either the under or a parlay?

BS call by the ref , there was no foul there, if I was guessing, the ref had a bet on the game

Bad beat for you, good for the over bettors so I ”heard”. 😂😂😂 I has us ML 🤷🏼‍♂️

I’m scratching my head trying to figure out how anything Reed does on a basketball court could be called a stunt.

Yea on replay, didn't look like a foul. I think when the refs reviewed the play for 2/3 pointer, and game time, they saw it. Because the clock should have been reset to about 1.1 seconds, based on when the "supposed foul" was called.. But refs left it at .4 .... maybe it was their way to try and make up a blown call.

Also discussion... why didn't UK step over the line on the 3rd FT, for a lane violation? FLA gets the point, but UK got ball back with .4 seconds... just put other 4 players past half court .. throw it down there, and doubt FLA can catch it and shoot in .4 seconds... don't know.. seemed like a bold strategy "cotton"..

That’s why you bet the money line and not the spread. Vegas reigns supreme with the spread.
I don't gamble so I don't understand the difference between betting the money line and spread. Can someone please enlighten me?

GO BIG BLUE!!!💙💙💙

Moneyline = Team that wins. So you bet the Kentucky moneyline, you are betting Kentucky to win

Spread = how much a team wins or loses by. Let’s say the spread is Kentucky -4.5, this means Kentucky is a 4.5 point favorite. Betting this means Kentucky has to win by 5 or more for your bet to pay. If Kentucky wins by 1, 2, 3, or 4, your bet loses.

If Kentucky is the underdog it looks like this, Kentucky +4.5. Kentucky can still lose by 1, 2. 3 or 4 and your bet still wins if Kentucky loses by 5 or more, your bet loses.

Yeah, I'm not getting it. I was about to bet UK +3 and it switched to +3.5 and I thought "even better."

He didn’t bet the spread. He bet the game total over under at 170.5

Unfortunately I had it too. Had the guy just shot it and missed, then the under would have hit.

He should have let it go but he didn't touch anybody.
You're right, Nail. And as others posted, Reed did block the shot. If Reed doesn't contest the shot, maybe Condon's three-ball at the buzzer goes in and we win 87-86 instead of 87-85 ... and Drudis still loses his money. Either way ... Reed didn't necessarily cost Drudis his money ... as so many others have also suggested.

I love when these little things happen.

Reed hit the free throws to seal the win and please the true UK fans … and then throwd in a needless foul at the very end just to screw with the gamblers.

Kudos, young man.

That's why you just bet the over and unders. The UT - Ole Miss game was set at 138.5. Free ****in money on the over.
