for the 2nd weekend in a row, UK has hosted a high profile recruit, only to be embarrassed on the court
Two weeks ago it was the Thomas kid, last week end it was Jasper Johnson
There has been no talk of how the visits went as there usually is.
Now supposedly UK is hosting the big 7'2" kid that has become such a hot target.
Will we hear anything about his visit?

Recruiting used to be such a big topic, when there were some insiders that gave us something to think about
Now we get nothing, just like the coach

The one and only redeemable quality about Calipari is when he's actually landing elite players. The incoming class only has one guy who fits that "future top 5 pick" level, and that's Quaintance.

He needs to load up in the class of 2025. Even still, he's lost his ability to inspire and motivate the best players. It's disappointing.

Cal can recruit with the best of them. Not really worried about that. But once he gets them here, he doesn’t coach them up anymore. He’s lost his fire. The game has passed him by. It’s just sad.

I agree, the game truly has passed him by
It is one thing to lose to a more talented team, but to absolutely give games away due to coaching ignorance or stubbornness, is something completely different and unacceptable. The loss to Florida was just stupid coaching and the loss to Gonzaga was due to his inability to change defense or his ignorance. Take your pick
