Records never to be broken

It is in today’s game. Completely different than it was 20 years ago. A player would have to play over 16 seasons without missing a game. I just don’t see it with how careful teams are with injuries and such. It isn’t like it was before where you played through bumps and bruises.
Just to make Ripken's record even more ridiculous, he played every inning of every game for a huge percentage of the streak. That's being a Iron Man.

The number of triples in a baseball season probably won’t ever be broken because it was in the dead ball era. Prob several others in baseball like that. No hitters and complete games probably won’t get touched either with load management.

John Calipari's record of squandering talent will never be broken. 50 Draft picks in 15 years at the University of Kentucky with only one National Championship. Very impressive!
Not sure that even surpasses Dean Smith, let alone sets an unbeatable mark for squandering talent.

With the advancement in golf and in terms of popularity I highly doubt anyone touches Tiger, much less Nicklaus in all time majors. Just don't see it. All the guys are so good now.

If Tiger couldn't do it (mostly self inflicted), no one will.

Olympic runner Jakob Ingebrigtsen ran 2 miles in 7:54. That's 2 sub 4 minute miles back to back. That'll stand for a while.
